Worms Forts: Under Siege to Launch Exclusively Via Download
Trymedia Systems Brings Latest Title of Multi-Million Selling Strategy Game to PCs
SAN FRANCISCO, CA - 29 November, 2004 - Trymedia Systems, secure digital distribution services
provider and operator of the world’s largest distribution network for downloadable games, today
announced that it will exclusively release Worms Forts: Under Siege, Team 17’s new title of the
popular Worms® franchise, throughout North and South America.
Consumers can purchase Worms Forts: Under Siege for $29.99 or download the Try and Buy version
from Trymedia’s consumer web site at
www.trygames.com
or via Trymedia’s Distribution Network. Those who purchase
the game online will be able to play immediately after downloading it. With the try and buy
version, fans will be able play the full version of the game for a limited time. At any point
during the trial period or at the end of the trial, they will be able to purchase the
game.

Worms Forts: Under Siege is the tenth title in the hugely entertaining turn-based strategy
franchise. In the game, teams of worms battle across randomly generated landscapes. The new PC
title features historically placed themes and environments, allowing players to travel through
time from ancient Egypt to the mighty Roman Empire. It also increases the level of game play and
offers a choice of over 30 bizarre weapons including the 50-Stone Canary, the Homing Pigeon
Launcher and frozen ferrets. This multi-player game allows users to locate other friends to play
with via the Internet.

Worms Forts Under Siege will have Xbox Live Capability
LONDON, UK - 11 June, 2004 - SEGA Europe Ltd, today announced that the latest title in Team 17's
hugely entertaining Worms franchise, Worms Forts Under Siege, will be playable online on the
Xbox® video game system from Microsoft® through the Xbox® LiveTM
multiplayer gaming system.
Prepare your garrison of worms to join three other machines in four player clashes. Wage war
online, over epic landscapes never seen before in a Worms game with the option to tailor battles
through Quickmatch and Optimatch matchmaking.
Pit fort against fort and worm against worm, with a choice of over 30 different weapons, such as
the 50-Stone Canary and Homing Pigeon Launcher. The extensive Xbox Live features include voice
support for three players and a multitude of friend and player list options.

SEGA to Publish Worms Forts Under Siege in Europe and Australia

Siege is underway for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox® video game
